Because we did not speak the language, he took it upon himself to ensure we were fully supported—finding solutions, contacting the right people on our behalf, and advocating for us every step of the way. What impressed us most was that he continued to follow through and make sure everything was resolved even on his day off. Guilherme’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for our well-being were remarkable. "The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The location was 10/10 if you don't want to be in a busy area but still have a great beach and good restaurants near by, I felt very safe here and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing missing for us was a balcony in the room but the hotel has none so that is fine. Would recommend and would stay again! Obrigado"
