The Space:
The apartment is on the ground level, on the lower floor, and is part of a duplex house (which means there is another independent apartment on the upper second floor). The only shared areas are the garage (there are two parking spaces, each designated for one apartment) and the laundry area.
The Neighborhood:
Real del Mar is a charming, well-established residential community nestled in the rolling hills of Tijuana. Famous for its serene atmosphere and breathtaking views, this neighborhood provides the perfect escape, while remaining conveniently close to the city’s vibrant amenities.
