• No visitors permitted at any time

• No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• All guests must be registered with full names and ID prior to arrival
• Visitors are strictly prohibited—entry is limited to registered guests only
• Fines apply for unregistered guests, noise complaints, or rule violations. These are enforced by the condo administration, not the host
