Please Note: The HOA at the community charges a base minimum of $35.00 per stay plus an additional $5 per person. (example: 4 person booking would be a total of $35 + $20 = $55) When arriving, they will request this payment. They also require we fill out a form that advises them of who will be arriving, and the check in/check out date so they know who is at the property for the safety of yourself and the community. Once booked, we will send you over the form to fill out and return. You can pay the HOA security upon arrival.
