When you enter this sleek, single-level home away from home, you will discover a pristine open floor plan that seamlessly opens onto a private patio with partial views of the beach and the ocean. Whip up culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and counter seating. An adjacent dining table also stands ready for meals or family game nights. When mealtime is over, retreat to the air-conditioned living room and stream a fun show or movie on the smart TV.

Things to Know
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. We cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
