Madame, Monsieur, Je vous adresse ce petit mail afin de vous signaler notre grande déception que nous avons de notre séjour. Vous énumérer. Par point les choses tu n’auras absolument pas fonctionné: 1. L’accueil de l’hôtel est exceptionnel froid aucun sourir 2. Le personnel a un niveau de français très bas 3. Réservation faite sur votre site avec validation de votre société. Arrive sur place, le personnel nous a limite pris pour des délinquants avec multiples rappel dans la même journée que le Payement par carte n’avait pas été fait . 4. Impossibilité de s’expliquer et comprendre la situation du point 3. Pour rappel, nous sommes des habitués de cette hôtel ! 5. Sur facturation que le personnel n’arrive pas à nous expliquer. 6. Le personnel est très froid à part une jeune demoiselle Présente de l’année dernière qui nous a reconnue pour dialoguer 7. Personne à l’accueil le soir 8. L’un d’entre nous a eu une dysfunction avec sa carte afin d’entrer dans sa chambre. Impossible de trouver quelqu’un pour réactiver la carte. On se retrouve à appeler un numéro suédois afin d’avoir un personnel qui se présente (après 10-15 min) afin d’ouvrir la porte de la chambre. 9. Je n’imagine même pas si il y a un malaise lors d’un séjour sur place d’un client, il n’y a personne pour exprimer la situation !!! 10. Le petit déjeuné est nul. 11. Un séjour de plus de 2000€ pour être mal accueilli et insatisfait

Hôtel bien placé dans le quartier du Lac, chambre petite mais bien conçue et avec une superbe vue sur le lac et Val Claret. Salle de bain très petite ! Petit-déjeuner servi à la table compte tenu des mesures sanitaires actuelles, pas possible de choisir ce que l'on souhaite... Attention le personnel n'est qu'anglophone et ne pourra pas vous parler en Français à part bonjour et merci ! Ca peut surprendre, il vaux mieux le savoir ;-)

Lovely hotel - very clean, friendly staff and great food! The spa is excellent and worth the extra fee! Spacious rooms. The only few points for improvement would be: 1. A kettle in the room with tea/coffee making facilities 2. Breakfast seems very expensive for €14 each in comparison to other neighbouring hotels/cafes - I would recommend making this slightly more competitive in terms of pricing Otherwise a great hotel!

General Impressions of hotel interior design is nice, rooms are tiny. Staff is polite but inexperienced in their job functions, restaurant was a catastrophe. Food was really bad and when we complained we weren’t given any compensation. We were told the hotel manager would talk to us but she never did and the next days she totally avoided us. Hotel location is great but the inexperienced staff and service was a shocker.

Avis mitigé

Hotel avec un environnement bruyant, camion livreur le matin dès 6h.00, camion poubelle a 7h.00 le matin. Durant la nuit les occupants des immeubles parlent fort, vont vider leur poubelle et verre dans les container a passé minuit, bref passer une mauvaise nuit, concernant le restaurant, obligation de s'installer ou l'on nous ordonne de se placer, pas convivial, repas mitigé, viande excellente, frites pas cuite, salade insipide.Malgré un prix très intéressant pour une chambre petite mais bien aménagée, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Warm and pleasant atmosphere. Stylish and modern. Room was small but functional albeit some design features appear somewhat unusual and dysfunctional (e.g. Absence of door in shower which causes flooding in bathroom each time one takes a shower. Sliding door instead of regular door in bathroom. Sliding door does not close properly so one does not have full privacy when using the bathroom.) Overall, though, hotel was nice and would recommend to others.

Very comfortable

Newly refurbished. Very stylish. Only thing to improve would be lighting in the wardrobes / wardrobe area of the bedrooms. Well placed for the lifts.
