"This is a great option if you are in town for hiking, especially if you don't speak Spanish. The guy who works the front desk is super personable and will help with hiking routes, restaurants, whatever you need, and he is also a wonderful host - very friendly, very charismatic. The view from our windows of the mountains was outstanding. You will have to shut the curtains ok n the afternoon to keep the heat out, but you won't be there anyway. "Beautiful setting in a limestone gorge with a river flowing through it. Better than a white noise machine! There are hiking and mountaineering trails in the immediate vicinity. As a vegan, I appreciated that they included both a vegan and vegetarian option on the dinner menu. The thermal pools and the baths (balneario) were lovely. Don’t forget your bathing cap! "
