"Liked Kind helpful staff everywhere Room fine Grounds lovely and well kept Food good variety, bbq outside usually good call, pizza nice, breakfast fresh made Moroccan pancakes, adult seating area always had space and was peaceful AI drinks good, beer fine, cocktails made fresh. Orderly lines to get served Other holiday makers good, didn’t see pushing in etc Medina area not as busy etc as I expected. Traders friendly but they are pros so don’t expect great deals! Price was pretty low so overall fantastic value for money. Possibly best vfm I ve had Airport was breeze both ways, straight through although again I recognise has a bad rap and we may have been lycky Not liked Main thing is distance from Marrakesh, need transport to get there. Have free/ cheap coach in (depending on time). We often took taxis but reckon they saw us coming and we paid over but hey!"

"We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort."

The location is excellent—perfect for exploring Marrakech while still offering a peaceful and comfortable place to relax. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. A special thank you to the wonderful lady who worked during the day and the gentleman who worked at night. They were both incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Although we only stayed for one night, they kindly looked after our luggage while we continued exploring the city, which made our trip so much easier. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued as guests. This hotel deserves nothing less than 5 stars. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so special!"

"This oasis in Morocco was the most amazing stay of my life. Other than the jacuzzi not being hot enough I cannot rave enough. From the butler service, to the car service, to the food and the spa. The private villa was the most amazing with the shower doubling as a steam room. Amazing!!!"

"Great little breakfast, fantastic bar staff and waiters. Really good food at the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location is pretty good with the main marketplace being walkable. Very traditional feeling in a good way! But... The room was outdated and looked nothing like the photos - our shower leaked every time it was used. Sun bathing towels weren't replaced as we needed to use them to prevent the shower from leaking. Reception staff felt rude, abrupt, and weren't helpful to resolve replacing towels, making inappropriate comments, arranging taxis without telling a price before getting in (which is a must in Morocco to ensure you don't get ripped off). Gym equipment is very outdated, especially the rowing machine. When we arrived, we were asked what sent to select to be sprayed on our bedding, a really nice touch, but unfortunately, I don't think the housekeeping staff sprayed anything as we didn't notice. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean or fresh feeling. At best, this is a 3 star hotel with some facilities. The restaurant staff were great and made for a very enjoyable experience, the pool was great to bath in during the heat, the food was very good and the cocktails were good. But, there's a lot to be said about the points above."
