「It was as expected. The TV in my bedroom didn’t work. I didn’t ask for assistance so that’s on me. It’s a nice piece of property and it’s very well kept and my kids enjoy it in the location is perfect for the theme parks. Guest services are very responsive.」

「Our stay was fine - quick overnight without much time at the hotel. Check in was slow - and you can barely make it out of the reception area without being pitched a timeshare. The rooms are spacious but VERY basic. The kitchens are a bonus but they are not well equipped. Didn't even have dish soap. On the plus side, pool and activity areas are very nice and the hours were great. Front desk is very responsive through text too. 」
