「The staff were amazing. Helpful and good communication 」

「Booking was simple, finding it was easy, great location (maybe not if you have mobility issues) and want to go to the front all the time. The pool was lovely, enough loungers although I don’t think the place was full so not sure what it would be like in the height of season (we visited beginning of May). Our room was very clean. Towels changed and bed made most days. The fan in the room was useless it was very hot at the time we visited but otherwise I suppose we can’t complain as it wasn’t sold...

Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

「The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. 「A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. 」
