"The man at the front desk was really really nice when I checked in Friday. The only thing is is that they put us in room 219 when we got up to 219 after they told us that the elevator did not work did we realize that somebody was already enrolled 219 then I put us in room 357 they come to find out they don’t clean up rooms every day if you stay there more than three days they’re not gonna clean your room every day they’re not gonna even bring you any clean towels unless you ask them so and there’s a bar downstairs so on Friday it sound like it was a club. It was a very nice hotel may come back may Not. "

"We had a large group they got us into one room early which made it so much better, we had a place to put our things while the other rooms were being cleaned. The staff was friendly and kind. "

"Walked into the room and immediately was met with the smell of urine and mold. We walked to the front desk, got a refund and left. "

"I think that the staff is all new. We went to check in - and were told that we did not have a reservation. The gentleman didnt even check for our name, or the reservation number we provided. He told us that 3rd party bookings did not occur there. We were left without a hotel and had to scramble to find another one. In the morning - we noticed that the hotel had charged us the entire amount for 2 nights. (funny because didnt he say we did not have a reservation.. they howd you get my credit card number to process payment) It then was a battle between expedia and the hotel - the hotel said that they did have our reservation and that we checked in. They asked us to wait to a couple hours until the cleaning staff checked the room, to ensure we did not check in... Absolutely unacceptable. We are traveling, and you held our money and then treated us like we were lying. Expedia and the hotel were awful. How do you treat people like that, and then ask them to wait for their money back.. its now 2 days later, and our money is still not returned to us. "

"Found hair and things in the beds and room, that seems as though the cleaning staff was not super thorough. It may have even been their hair that fell out when changing the beds, but still gross. Overall, the property was OK for a night. It is right next to I-4. There are plenty of restaurants and things close by. Main street is about 10 minutes away. "

"Don’t stay here! Bare minimum old dirty hotel with the rudest staff I have ever met!"

"The shower didn’t work annd was broken. Even after I told the front desk nobody came to fix it. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it said no smoking. People around me in adjacent rooms were arguing and screaming. I told the front desk clerk twice and nothing was done. My fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to get up and tell the desk clerk and he had to come down the room and fix it. The breakfast Buffett was total mayhem with kids and adults both making messes everywhere and not cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was in hair bonnets, pajamas, and house shoes. This place is as Ghetto as it gets! Avoid at all cost."
