"Five stars for this budget-friendly motel in an ideal location in busy Bar Harbor! We stayed four nights while cycling through Acadia National Park. It was a short ride to the park and an even shorter walk to the bars and restaurants in BH.
Natalle and Susie in the office were wonderful and made sure that there was always hot coffee available. Our rooms were spotless. "

The location, in a quiet Seal Harbor neighborhood, with great mountain views from the front porch, was the ideal home base for our hiking/biking vacation. It's a quick, easy and safe bike ride to the carriage road gatehouse near Jordan Pond House. It's a short, pleasant drive to the Park Loop Road, Bar Harbor, and the quiet side of Acadia. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived. It is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and outfitted with guests in mind. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked (we cook). The yard and garden are lovely. Communication with Bruce was a pleasure. Kudos for the most comprehensive information book that we have found in any of our VRBO rentals. We would happily stay here again on our next MDI vacation.Pam & Bob G.Boston, MA"
