Enjoy a stylish local experience at this centrally-located apartment, across from the law school, steps away from an iconic local grocery store and dozens of local restaurants, shops & boutiques.

This 2nd floor apartment has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your home away from home! Including a 40” smart TV with Netflix!

Guests will have the whole 2nd floor to themselves. There is a shared laundry room in the basement. The cleaner and the main floor apartment also have access to the laundry room.

Other things to note
Please note that parking is free on the street in front of the building-apartment does not have a driveway to park in.
The building does have A/C and heat but the controls are in the main floor apartment. There is a portable electric heater in the apartment if you wish to make it warmer.

Sorry but pets are not allowed

This was a wonderful place to stay close to many restaurants/downtown but also easy access to the highway. It is a decently small apartment so make sure you like the person you’re staying with! Overall super clean, and a very nice place to stay!

Very cute little place. But it is indeed little, I am a small person and when sitting on the toilet the sink is practically in my lap. Overall everything was quite clean. Shower drain either doesn't drain properly or was clogged. White sheets had some yellow sweat stains. Otherwise, I would stay here again. Very central location to everything needed. Street parking was not an issue. In the morning (8am) I could hear the downstairs tenants talking very loudly. As a young female travelling alone I did feel safe staying here.
