「Ring the bell outside of building, luckily one old guy answered but he asked me to call another number wrote on outside post that was only way to confirm my booking even I booked via Expedia already. It would be terrible if no one answered at building bell. The old guy is a manager who keeps keys for rooms so if no one there nobody can check in and do nothing outside.
