At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room.
