Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

The pictures of the room did not match the actual room upon arrival. The room was located on an office floor, not a residential one. There were cracks on the floor and walls of the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was dusty and old. The air conditioning unit in the room had many water stains. Attempts to contact the customer service center...

"The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."
