"We were given a nice upgrade to the 18th floor, with excellent view. Thank you, staff! The valet parking worked well with courteous and efficient staff. The lobby was festive for the Christmas season. Mostly, we liked the convenience of being near Market Square. "

"This hotel was so nice and felt upscale. Cookies, hot cocoa with marshmallows & crushed peppermint candies to add, and coffee out at all times. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel, so many options. We loved the view from our room of the beautiful old church and we enjoyed walking to the lively downtown area with a skating rink in Market Square. The only negative was that the thermostat would not allow us to set it lower than 68 degrees. We could set it higher but not lower. It was too hot while we tried to sleep. We needed to be able to lower the temperature to be more comfortable. We did appreciate the white noise machine just wish it was a real fan since we were hot. "

"We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again!"
