We had a ball. We were very busy but we all couldn’t wait to return to this beautiful place. So close to the river and Sequoia National park! We enjoyed the fire, the clean hot tub, the beautiful rooms and the hosts were lovely. Highly recommend!
Great place. Even though VRBO made a mistake and booked us twice on a different property with other people and didn’t take responsibility !The owners went out of the way to help us. We ended up with this cute place, lots of wild life. Clean and beyond well equipped. Will come again. Thanks Fred and Maria
Our family had a lovely stay at this home. The furnishings, artwork, and rugs were all very nice, and we loved the eclectic vibe. The house was full of natural light and the beds and linens were very comfortable, which was a very nice treat! The hot tub and gardens were also thoroughly enjoyed. Fred was kind and helpful and showed us how to access the river for swimming, which was a highlight of the stay. The only thing to note, which we hadn't noticed in the listing, is that the third bedroom is not within the main house, but accessed through a breezeway. It wasn't a huge deal for us, as our kids are older, but might prove problematic for some families. This was a family favorite rental and we would stay again in a heartbeat.
It was amazing! We can’t wait to go back - the house and amenities were great, and the place has a very comfortable, home-like vibe. You’re right near the entrance to Sequoia Nat Park - i loved the climate system for the house - it was very hot outside but all of the individual rooms can be easily controlled via a remote. The hot tub and grill were both first rate - and the hosts were great. I really didn’t have to reach out to Fred or Maria much because the house has everything - it already has all of the little things that you might not think of but then will want!. Whether you want to visit Sequoia, swim in the Kaweah, which are the main things we did - or just enjoy the hot tub and chill indoor or outdoor in comfort it’s nice - They have a phenomenal book collection, It’s just a perfect little getaway - the swimming hole in the river nearby was so much fun…. we plan on staying again.
