Reception staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and presentable. Excluding the bathroom. The toilet was not properly cleaned. Waste was still floating in the toilet water.

This place is nasty and one of the more expensive in town. Beds have stains on them. Carpet is stained and nasty. Toilet was broken. Shower has mold in it and dirty. General property condition very dirty. Very disappointed. I spent this kind of money on a dump like this.

Breakfast was coffee and wrapped cookies. The traffic was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Bed too hard. Restroom door broken, toilet top broken, people staying looked rough, never staying here again this is a $60 inn not an over $100 hotel.

Good stay. Consistent with the brand

Staff was very friendly and accomodating with my change in plans. Beds are comfortable at this chain which is why i choose them after i had back surgery. This particular location is a little loud being right off the exit of the I-10 freeway but i dont get bothered by that kind of thing. It's abouy a 2 mile from the AT&T Center so is a very convenient stay to attend events there.
