Wasn’t was I expecting for my family and I Sofa bed had old mattress with stains and under mattress looked rusty Tile in restroom by the bathtub was broken no room phone to contact front desk even when we told the issues they didn’t offer another room or fix the rate on the room

2 stars, but the receptionist was nice

Pool was murky and dirty, pictures showed false advertising. The bathtub was dirty, the futon was stained and falling apart, (rips, springs falling off) our bedsheets had stains. The breakfast area chairs were also dirty. The front desk receptionist was friendly so no complains as far as customer service. It was the overall cleanliness of the hotel and nasty pool that is their down fall.

It was 8:58am on 3/16/25 and housekeeping opened my room and I yelled out “who was it?” I was coming out of the shower. I felt horrible and scared. The person didn’t even apologized. I have never experienced this before. Normally I always leave about an hour before check out time at 11:00am. The hotel should have a system to let house keeping know what rooms are empty. The doors banged so loud when closing. The halls were loud at 2:00am.

My stay!!

It was ok, wife didn’t like the breakfast, didn’t have her favorite which is waffles. The pancake machine makes the pancakes to flat and sticky according to her, I didn’t have them but yeah the breakfast was not the best. Pool could’ve been cleaner. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if I had too tho.

Our first room the carpet was wet and smelled horrible and upon returning from dinner we found out our room had been unlocked because the door doesn’t latch closed. They put us upstairs and the room smelled just as bad.
