Your kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, and bathroom are entirely your own, and the shared outdoor spaces — the grounds, views, and river path — are yours to enjoy. Guests may be staying in the property's separate suite during your visit; each space is fully private.

The main house gives a family or two couples room to settle in — cook real meals, gather around the dining table, and spread out in the living room after a day in the park.

KITCHEN + DINING
The full kitchen is equipped for actual cooking. Stock up at Village Market in town or the full grocery stores in Visalia on your way in. Mornings start with drip coffee and foothill light through the window.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 — Double bed with crisp linens and calm, minimal styling
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed beneath a stained-glass accent that catches the evening light.

BATHROOMS
One full bathroom between both bedrooms, stocked with the essentials for the length of your stay — towels, toiletries, and the things you'd otherwise forget to pack.

WORKSPACE
A dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet means a Friday check-in doesn't require a Friday off. Take the call, close the laptop, walk to the river.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to foothill views and your path down to the Kaweah — the same water that carves through granite a few miles upstream inside the park. Bring the dog, the fishing rods, and the kids' water shoes. EV charging and free parking right on the property.

Your private space: the main house is entirely your own — both bedrooms, the full bathroom, the complete kitchen, dining room, and living room, with your own private entrance and private parking space. The door between the main house and the property's separate suite stays locked from both sides.

Shared spaces: the outdoor areas — grounds, parking area, EV charger, and river access path — are shared with guests who may be staying in the other suite. There are no shared indoor spaces.
