"The staff was great and the hotel, restaurant, and rooms are really cool. Probably the coolest hotel we've ever stayed at. The food was great and they even offer a free "check in beer" which I thought was a nice touch. I loved the pet friendly environment, too. The room decor was awesome and I even liked the cable set up on the TV. It's much easier to navigate than other hotels. My only critique would be putting a sign near the front designating the way to the hotel. That part was confusing. And even though I love the idea of the snacks in the room, I don't like the honor system. I got charge apparently for a snack when we didn't take any snacks. I don't have any way to even dispute it. It's not a big deal, but I didn't like it. But the bureau for the clothes was so cool. One thing I wish they had was a small fridge in the room. The only one they have is for the snack bar drinks. Other than that, a great experience and we will return every time we're in town. "

"The beds were uncomfortable, and every time we visited the pool, the towel rack was completely empty. Since we traveled with four kids, there weren’t enough towels or rags in the room for showers. We attempted to exchange our room towels, but we were informed that we had to wait a few hours for them to be ready. This made no sense, as a hotel should have extra towels available. "
