White Birches is a community located within Waterville Estates in the picturesque White Mountains of New Hampshire, just 2 hours north of Boston. The accessibility of the area (just a few minutes off Route 93) and its ideal location, nestled between the Lakes Region and White Mountains, make this one of the most popular vacation destinations in all of New England.
The Space: RECREATION CENTER INFORMATION The Community outdoor amenities include free access to a lovely swimming and stocked fishing pond with sandy beach and diving raft, 3 Tennis courts, 2 Pickleball courts, 2 Basketball courts, a sandy Volleyball court, and a small playground area for kids, Hiking Trails, Playground and Horseshoe Pits.
The Recreation Center building is located at Waterville Estates, which includes a Game Room, Lending Library and a Pub with a few of your favorite beverages. In addition, there are 2 indoor swimming pools, 2 outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, and exercise facility.
While enjoying the condo, you will have access 1 free guest pass a day to this building. Bring the card with you, and upon arrival at the front desk of the Recreation Center please let them know you intend to use 1 guest pass, which then allows you the option of purchasing additional guest passes with the following fees:
Saturday/Sunday/Holiday Adults: $20 Seniors: (65+) and minors (8-17) $10 Twilight pass (after 4pm) Adult: $10 Seniors: (65+) and minors (8-17): $5 Monday-Friday Adults: $10 Seniors: (65+) and minors (8-17) $5 Minors 7 & under: No pass required
