This was our third time in two weeks staying at this hotel. It’s a nice hotel in a central location. We were VERY disappointed that the hotel staff were unwilling to microwave (60 seconds?) our leftover dinner from the day before. Kitchen can’t do it because of “food regulations” (?) and the only rooms that have microwaves and we would have to upgrade (and move) to a suite to use the microwave for 60 seconds. Totally laughable and unacceptable service for a 4 star hotel. Hence the rating.
