Nine Dragons Intersection in Shanghai China. According to the legend, a dragon lives beneath this intersection. Its construction awoke the dragon and brought it to an abrupt halt. It was impossible for the workers to drill any deeper, and even the best engineers couldn't explain the situation. It caused several delays and mysterious issues.
