Honteux expérience plus que bizarre

La chambre que nous avons eu , n’a absolument rien à voir avec les photos ou la villa principal est montré Nous avons reçu les codes d’accès après plusieurs appel Le petit déjeuner compris est minimal Sans table pour le prendre 5 personnes 50 cl de lait pour nous 5 lol Le propriétaire ne répond pas au sms

Il s'agit d'un hôtel automatique. Il n'y a pas de présence humaine. Dommage, il manquait un oreiller...sinon le bungalow est conforme à nos attentes.

Tres beau lieu, service tres mauvais

Le lieu est tres joli, et la chambre tres confortable. Cependant aucun contact humain. Un code reçu par sms et absolument personne sur place hormis les autres résidents. Pour le petit déjeuner j'ai du m'en remettre aux commentaires sur le site pour decouvrir qu'il etait dans le pacard de ma chambre. Rien à voir avec le standing de ce qu'on appel un hôtel! Cela ressemblait plus à un Airbnb ! Le lieu et sa beauté méritent un bien meilleur service pour ses résidants.

Inadmissible, personne dans la villa, juste un sms pour accès. Bar et restaurant fermé, petit déjeuner honteux, uniquement des biscottes dans un placard... Extérieur de la villa à l'abandon Ce type d'hébergement devrait être rayé du site. Pour rappel nuit facturé plus de 90€. Niveau 1 étoile

Impersonnelle. Sans ame .rien que de la publicité mensongère. Pas de bar ..de restaurant.personne.proprete douteuse un petit dejeuner horrible..2 tranches de pain dans un dachet plastique..alors que l annonce petit dejeuner anglais..impossible pas de table. Dehors pas nettoyé menage a revoir je regrette mes sous....

Tres tres décevant

Nous sommes tres déçus, nous avons vu personne exceptés deux personnes le matin qui n'ont pas été polis ni avenant. Nous pensions dormir dans la villa et alors que nous avons été mis dans une petite maison dans le fond du jardin sans luminosité car elle est recouverte par la végétation. La propriété des lieux reste a désirer : poussières même sur la vaisselle qui sert au petit déjeuner, toile d'araignées et toilette pas nette. Je doute même que ce logis soit au normes : compreur électrique non recouvert et évacuation d'eaux sur le trottoir de la rue. Le service concernant le petit déjeuner, le contenu etait minimaliste. Au vu de la présentation lors de la reservation, nous nous attendions vraiment à autre chose avec un autre niveau de standing.

Very disappointing stay

We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. There was no door for privacy to the shower, we had our adult daughter with us, so we had to take turns waiting outside whilst the other showered! The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper, after messaging the owner he told us to go to the main house to get more toilet paper, but there was none there either! There was tea/coffee but no kettle. Poor quality breakfast and nowhere to eat it in our room, so we had to carry all our breakfast to the main house balcony to eat it. Room was not clean, cobwebs in toilet. There is no onsite parking as led to believe. Way too overpriced for the money we paid! Do not recommend!

Schönes grosses Zimmer in schönem alten Haus. Entgegen der Angaben auf der Plattform ist niemand da, um reinzukommen braucht man einen Code, wir hatten gerade kein Internet. Am Telefon konnten wir uns nicht genügend verständigen. Die Person konnte kein Deutsch und das Englisch reichte nicht aus (Laut Angaben spricht man E, F, D). Wir schafften es nur rein mit der Hilfe anderer Gäste. Das Restaurant existiert auch nicht, das Frühstück liegt im Schrank bereit. Totaler Reinfall

Séjour en toute autonomie

Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble. Tout est géré à distance. Le repas du soir n'était pas proposé (en raison du Covid?), tandis que le petit déjeuner est déjà à disposition pour le lendemain dans un placard. Déception !!!

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la chambre 6. Il s’agit d’une maison de gardien qui a été rénovée vite fait. Des odeurs d’égout ont animés notre séjour. La douche n’a pas de porte, l’assise des toilettes et trop petite, la porte d’entrée ne ferme pas, pas de volet... La liste est longue !

When we arrived there was nobody on the property. We called and, after first getting a wrong number from one webpage, connected with the cell phone of the owner. While she was quite friendly, getting the passcode to unlock an empty building on a completely deserted property from an unknown person’s cell phone was uncomfortable. Further, the room that we eventually gained access to was far more bare bones than advertised. We decided to leave.

Avoid if travelling with family

On arriving at the hotel and finding the place deserted I contacted the number supplied and was informed that this was a new concept hotel and that entry was via a keyed in code. We were informed that a code should have been sent via SMS prior to our arrival. After being sent a code we were informed that we were staying in Villa Oscar and not the Villa advertised on Hotel.com site. Villa Oscar which I would describe as an outbuilding was located in the front garden of the main property next to a very busy main road. This outbuilding was in poor condition and in my opinion not suitable for my family (wife and 3 children). After contacting the owner/agent and explaining that this wasn't the property advertised he agreed to move us to the main villa but due to space one of the children would have to sleep on the floor! He even had the audacity to ask for an additional 50 Euros. During the night there was continual noise with guests arriving and on being unable to enter their rooms due to no key code knocking on our door for information. After a very disturbed nights sleep we had breakfast which at sometime during the night had been left outside our room. The breakfast was not sufficient for a family of 5 and could have been picked up for less than 5 Euros. There was no free parking as advertised so my vehicle was left outside the property on a busy main road between a series of blind bends. Overall this property was horrendous and has been misleadingly advertised. Avoid!!!!

Bella villa B&B silenziosa e accogliente

Bella villa sulla collina di Thiers ristrutturata con gusto e con il sistema dei codici di accesso inviati per SMS al momento della prenotazione: per noi molto comodo perché arrivati tardi la sera. È possibile cenare su prenotazione. Nella calma assoluta. Colazione servita in camera con tutto il necessario, anche niente di salato. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Da raccomandare sicuramente per una visita della regione assai ricca di cose da vedere.

Une bonne étape d'un jour

Bien qu'hôtel dit en libre-service, présence attentive dès que vous en avez besoin par sms ou appel. Petit déjeuner copieux et viennoiseries de qualité. Très bonne étape dans la petite maison, idéale en famille. Localisation idéale (proximité de l'autoroute) et visite incontournable des coutelleries à faire!

Cabane dans le jardin au lieu d'une chambre à l'étage de la villa comme indiqué dans le mail de confirmation, une odeur pestilentiel dans la chambre comme celle des égouts, des stores cassés donc le jour dans la chambre, problème d'insonorisation car nous avons entendu les véhicules passés sur la route toute la nuit et une literie très bas de gamme, une porte d'entrée ne fermant pas à clef. Bref à 145€ la nuit on espérait autre chose....
