"Delightful hotel, comfortable, great food, wonderful staff but no WiFi? The listing explicitly states free WiFi but staff intimated there never had been any WiFi ever so the listing is not out of date but wrong! I would happily given this hotel five stars but for this serious omission, the geography means poor mobile network coverage especially downstairs so no WiFi is a very basic omission in 2023. Needs fixing. "

"A lovely relaxing stay on our journey down to the South. Our room was very spacious with a good shower room. All was clean and tidy. The host was great, very friendly and cooked us and other guests an excellent, tasty meal. We had a very good evening all chatting and enjoying the ambiance. A great nights sleep in very comfortable bed. The stay was completed with a plentiful breakfast. Thank you so much...we hope to see you again. "

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le gîte était propre et très fonctionnel. Nos hôtes ont été très arrangeants pour l'arrivée et le départ ce qui était très appréciable. "Hosts were very welcoming but also kept out of our way. The house and pool are beautiful and the location peaceful. The kitchen was small but very well equipped. Our only comment was that the bedrooms were downstairs from the main living space and you had to go outside and round to get to them. This was fine for our family but may not suit with younger children. The house is very remote and a car is essential to get anywhere."
