"The room was super hot. Ended up AC was not working and room crept up from 74 to 80 degrees! Staff brought a box fan which helped us get through the first night and then they had HVAC team fix it while we were gone the next night thank goodness or we may have had to ask for a room change. "

"This was a great place to stay! The location was perfect for me. There is a market about a block down if you forgot something, like I did. I did read reviews before I booked, and it did say it could get noisy at night, and that is true. It didn't bother me, but keep that in mind if you do book this stay. I stayed in at night, but the location seemed to be the place to be at if you wanted a little night life action. The place was very clean. 10 out of 10. "

"The room next door was having loud arguments at 3:30 am. I called the front desk, received no answer. Went downstairs and spent 5 minutes trying to get the employees attention. He had headphones on and was scrolling on his phone. He called them and asked them to be quiet. He then called my room and told me to call if they were loud again. They were. I called. He didn't pick up. I went back downstairs and spent another 5 minutes trying to get his attention. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"The room had many stains… Blood on the comforter, big yellow/orange stain on the wall next to the toilet, stains all over the carpet. Staff was nice but the conditions of this hotel could improve for sure. "
