「The staff is kind and friendly. Far away from the central station of Leiden, howeve, the bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
Much appreciated if the room has a bath tub (they told me that they do not have a room with bath tub)
Also, you may need to buy something at the central station before you come to this hotel as there is no spurmarket nere this hotel.」

I lost my baggage at the transfer airport. I talked to the receptionist at the hotel and she was very helpful and told me where I could buy clothes and daily necessities nearby and called the airline on my behalf. I was very, very impressed with their kindness.」
