「We arrived around 12:30 a.m. The entrance looked nice and matched the photos on Google, but unfortunately the rooms were nothing like what was advertised. The hallways had no air conditioning, making them hot and humid, and the carpet throughout the hallway had multiple stains. The elevator was covered in smudges, giving it a dirty appearance. 「I think they need to hire a maintenance crew. The door knob to our room was almost coming off the door (I looked at other rooms' doors but did not touch them. I saw another busted one). The faucet was not anchored completely in the sink, one of the towel hangers had been pulled out of the wall and a hole was visible, the door stopper was missing from the back of the bathroom door, there was water damage at both ends of the tub (can blame this on people not closing curtain properly, but still,...

「Hotel very outdated needs a desperate renovation. Bathroom had mold, wallpaper coming off, water pressure not good, dry dog poop on the stairs, pool water green. Bed was comfy pillows were horrible. You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. Staff was very kind and friendly.」
