Thank you for your interest in booking this home. In addition to your total that's shown on this platform, we do charge Short Term Insurance based on how many nights you stay. If you are staying over 21 nights, there is an additional fee.

The additional fee is as follows:

Less than 21 nights: no additional amounts due

21 - 41 nights require an additional $50

42-63 nights require an additional $100
