"I arrived just before 6pm to find my room wasn’t ready, so I waited in the bar. When I finally got in, the room was okay but lacked basic in‑room amenities—there were no cups or kettle, as these are kept in a separate kitchen, which was sparsely stocked. Although I knew the bathroom was shared, I was surprised there was no sink in the room. There were also cobwebs that hadn’t been cleaned, and the door didn’t feel secure; it kept banging in the wind overnight until I wedged it shut. Breakfast must be pre‑ordered the night before, so I missed out. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and dinner was passable."

"Wifi very poor. Poor selection of biscuits when the clubhouse is so remote and closed on an evening. Breakfast expensive for 1 sausage, 1 poached egg and two fatty rations of bacon and 1/2 a tomato & 1 slice of toast with no marmalade or butter. "

"Beautiful converted barn, in the middle of an apple orchard, right next to a farm shop and butcher - what’s not to love. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. Beds were very comfortable and furniture designed for lazy afternoons watching the red kites circling. Definitely would recommend. "

"Beautiful property. Quiet and relaxing experience. Lots to see and do within an hour in all directions. Host responds quickly and is ready to address any concerns (we did not have any). I highly recommend staying here. Regarding the VRBO National parks question on the survey, it does not apply if you did not go to one. "

"Beautiful property in grounds of Clive’s of Cropthorne farm and shop/restaurant. Plenty of lovely food to try and delicious sandwiches we bought as we arrived. (The name of the house is actually The Heath not Gatekeepers cottage and is situated on the left as you drive in. This needs changing to avoid confusion.) Freddie was extremely helpful and was in contact with any queries. Modern and very clean, good sized rooms and gorgeous kitchen. Decent fridge freezer. Beds are comfortable and showers are powerful. We left bath mats for people to use. Pershore is a pretty town, The Pickled Plum is a fantastic pub to eat. We visited Midlands Safari, Ludlow, Borton on the Water, British Motor Museum, Diddly Squat Farm Shop and much more. Could use proper wardrobes and dressing tables for the rooms. But we got round this. All in all a great stay in a picturesque location We had a great time. Thank you "
