1. We arrived around 3pm and the front person said they will let us know by call when room is ready but no response till 4:30. We went to front desk two times and got the key.
2. The luggage's arrived an hour later. We went down to receive them but wouldn`t let us saying they are already up.
3. I requested when checking out for a detailed receipt but he said it will be sent by email. But haven`t received anything! Pls send me right away!
