"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel just outside of the downtown area of Paso Robles. I was looking for a quick stop just off the highway and for the price this was very good. I read bad reviews which none of which came true! They must have listened and fixed them all. Instantly got a free upgrade by the friendly man behind the desk. Easy, free parking. Large, large room. Big king bed (I’m 5ft 8 and had to make a hearty leap to get on and off of it!!). Super comfy bed. Slept like a log. Nice pillows, none were hard. I found mine to be perfect and I struggle with pillows in hotels. Nice bathroom with essentials, black out curtains. Everywhere clean and nice. There was a strange cleaning odor, but it is what it is and you soon got used to it. I loved being a 5 minute drive to downtown where I’m sure would be much more expensive. Would definitely recommend and use this hotel again if I need a stop along 101. "

"The location was perfect. Walking distance to the park and restaurants. The room was clean and so cute. The fireplace was great and the breakfast was nice! The staff was great. Would absolutely come again. "

"Breakfast was about the same as most places. Was ok with several options. Powdered eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, cerals and breads. Staff was accommodating "

"Loved our stay at The Farmhouse Motel in Paso Robles! From the moment we arrived, it felt like such a cozy little retreat. It’s perfect for slowing down at the end of the day, whether you’re sitting by the fire pit or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a place where guests can truly relax. The location is also a huge plus—close to downtown, wineries, and great restaurants, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and private. If you’re looking for something a little different from a typical hotel, this is such a great choice. It has personality, comfort, and that special touch that makes your stay feel memorable. I would absolutely stay here again!”"

"Breakfast was 100% purchase only. What I found very bothersome, was no brewed coffee available for self serve. The Latte and Mocha we purchased, was more expensive than Starbucks and had absolutely no flavor or barely a shot of espresso 😞. "
