「Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language. Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. 「This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. The hotel was dirty, the only clean part was the lobby. You coukd see the caked up dirt in the carpets and along the walls. Our room was dirty. The shower had someone elses hair and a booger on the shower wall when we arrived. Twice my husband grabbed a towel and went to wash his face and someone elses hair was all over it. When i told the front desk about the shower issue. She said she would talk to the manager and the cleaning crew..And when my...

「Our room was clean. Maid service showed up daily and provided clean towels and made the bed. My biggest complaint would be the bed. The mattress was rock hard and very difficult to sleep on. The owners should really invest in new beds.」

「This property is great because of its easy proximity to the beach-which is so nice. The price is definitely right and it’s a no frills easy hotel to sleep at after a long day in the sun/water. My only complaint is that I tried to access Amazon prime video app and the tv didn’t work and kept showing error codes. Not that big of a deal but would’ve been nice if it had worked」
