"Ron at check out was so, so great! In fact, overall, staff and the hotel were fantastic! It was myself and my two little ones and we never felt unsafe. We could walk anywhere or if we were tired we could Uber back for $10ish! My only complaints would be in regards to the pool. The pool itself was pretty murky and dirty. There were rarely towels and when there were they were wet. We asked for towels one evening about 40 mins before the pool closed and were told that they likely wouldn’t bring any more out that late and that was it. Lastly, there was some sort of issue with the POS system and they couldn’t take payments, so the bar was closed. The pool was a big draw factor as to why we stayed here so wish those things weren’t an issue. BUT even with those small issues, we would definitely 100% stay here again."
