「Clean bathroom and clean bed are two of the vital components of a hotel stay and although this hotel is an older property, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The check in process was very easy and I added a message to request and ground floor room and within a half hour the front desk staff messaged me to say he had done this. That was excellent service considering it was late in the day I booked so kudos to him ( sorry I didn’t get his name). Highly recommend...

「We loved this hotel! We enjoyed the rustic theme, an affordable upgrade, drinks at the hotel bar, and the outdoor area was lovely for swimming and hanging out in the morning with coffee.
The only downside was that in the King bunk room, the bunk bed mattresses were terribly uncomfortable, to the point that I had to take an air mattress from our vehicle for our friend to sleep on」

「The room was clean but a bit small. The hotel overall was very nice. The location near 4th St is great, but I would walk to 4th St after dark. It's a bit sketchy til you get to 4th St itself. Having Table 32 next door is awesome. 」
「The hotel was a great surprise as we had never heard of the New Victorian Inn & Suites before. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The refrigerator was larger than the usual cubes and had a freezer that worked well. Beds were comfortable. Towels were plentiful and fluffy. Easy access to several fast food places. Friendly staff. Price was lower than most motels in the area. 」
