Aggressive family of raccoons on property make it impossible for guests to walk from cars after dark. Killed two roaches in my room. Balcony door did not shut properly. Room smelled of mold. Poorly maintained property, especially for the price. Forty dollars a night to park your car is absurd. Location at the marina is nice.
