"Beautiful home & pool, safe quiet neighborhood, wonderfully appointed kitchen coffee bar & bathrooms, very comfortable beds, reclining couches, and pool/patio furniture; comfortable pool rafts & floating lounge chair/hammocks. Spotless bathrooms & hot showers, spacious backyard, very reasonable price for quality of stay. Close to many attractions, restaurants, theaters, & shopping. Simple check-in/very reasonable checkout expectations, & excellent AC. Spa quality soft, but quick dry bath towels with all needed bathroom shower care supplies provided. Large kitchen appliances, kitchen fully stocked with necessary utensils & cookware. Fast responses from hosts. Excellent price for quality, space, & ammenities included. 360 degree external home security system with in-house monitored cameras. Very pet (or service dog) friendly, even to include a doggie door between bedroom & enclosed back yard and lint roller at front door. Not a single noticeable con during the length of our stay. In short, everything you could need or want in a vacation home for very reasonable price. Would definitely recommmend & looking forward to staying here again!"

"Came in town for HS baseball tournament. Had a great time at home. Older kids loved all the activities at the home with arcade games, pool table, ping pong table. Backyard ambiance was great, pool was nice and a cool temp to enjoy after games. Plenty of space inside for our group. Host was great and made sure we had everything we need. Thanks for letting us stay!"

"The property was degenerative. Dirty cupboards full of dusty canned goods and food, mattress ripped and stained, broken doors and locks, dirty air filters, mold on bedroom ceiling, part of roof laying on the ground. I checked out same day!"
