The hotel is just a few steps from Galataport and about a 5-minute walk from the tram station. From there, it is only about three stops to Eminönü, making it easy to visit many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The neighborhood is quite busy and can feel crowded, but overall, the convenient location makes up for it. It’s a good choice if you want to be close to restaurants, transportation, Galataport, and the main tourist areas of Istanbul."

"The hotel is beautiful and well located with various nice restaurants in the neighborhood . Everything was ok except the small elevator the hotel has. Not enough to serve the people staying at the hotel and the people who came to the rooftop bar which has a great view of the city. We spent 20 minutes trying to go down from our floor to the lobby because the elevator only fits 3 people inside and it was full of people already coming from the lobby to the roof top so we could not get in. We almost lost an appointment we had because of this. The hotel should try to fix this problem. Apart from this issue everything was great."

"The property is well located to both the Tram 1 and the cruise port for those beginning or ending their cruise travels. Transportation to the airport was available (at a cost) but made arriving for an early flight less stressful. Reception is available 24 hrs a day. Breakfast is European style, but nice that it is available. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and within easy walking distance. Noise from nearby clubs/restaurants can be heard but we were able to sleep without interruption. Would stay here again, if ever in Istanbul."
