⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay in Karaköy Union Hotel Karaköy was a wonderful experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to departure. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and the team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The view was outstanding. Waking up to the Istanbul skyline and the water was a highlight of the trip. The room was spotless, with fresh linens, a clean bathroom, and daily housekeeping that was consistently excellent. Service was polished and professional throughout. The location is also ideal for exploring Karaköy, Galata, Sultanhmet, and the rest of the city. It is not luxurious. More of a well appointed no frills type stay, but is extremely convenient, and the view is incredible. Great value for price. I'd recommend it without hesitation and would stay again.

This is a great hotel, clean, comfortable and near excellent tram and metro connections. The staff are fabulous and really helpful. Being near to Galatas tower there are a large number of eating and dining options nearby. The only drawback is if you are placed in the annex there are two flights of stairs to negotiate before you get to the lift.

Excellent ! Highly recommend it. We loved the city view in front of Bósforo. Room was comfortable. The staff is amazing, day and night. Always providing helpful tips, great recommendations and making reservations for you. Location could not be better 5 minutes to Galata tower hill and across from old Istanbul. Would definitely come back.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. As a loyal customer, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and made us feel valued throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and conveniences nearby, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.
