Our stay was magical. What an introduction to Istanbul. Natali our front desk and concierge was wonderful and so helpful with transfer, laundry services and reservations. The breakfast was fantastic and Hakan gave us the best service. The rooms and facilities our lovely and we loved it so much we booked it again for this weekend. Would totally recommend this hotel, it is so close for exploring Galata and the Bosphorus.

Our stay was spectacular. There is a reason this hotel is on all the Best of Lists (Condé Nast, Travel & Leisure, etc.). From the moment we checked in everything was quality—welcome amenity of a historical book, an expansive included breakfast, the down service, we could go on an on. A+ stay! We would like to specially thank the Front Office Manager, Elçin for accommodating a late checkout, and also her team Batuhan & Gokberk at the front desk for very informative recommendations. Hakan & Omar at the restaurant were exceptionally kind and offered excellent service. And finally, our sweet housekeeper Elif. Thank you all!

Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt! Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer und Frühstück waren ein Traum und mit vielen Kleinigkeiten wurde uns der Aufenthalt versüßt. Jeder war sehr hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is very cool and stylish. The bar and restaurant next door which is part of the hotel is cool, good music and you get 10% off if you're staying at the hotel. The Tower is literally round the corner though you wouldnt know as hotel bar nit crowded.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Excellent hotel and restaurant staff, who go beyond to help guests with requests/ needs. Hotel is up on a hillside, so you need to be able bodied and comfortable with walking around to get around the city. Taxis easy to get.

De longe um dos melhores serviços de hotel que já tive o prazer de experienciar. Muita atenção a todos os detalhes, estrutura do quarto extremamente confortável, banheiro excelente. O café da manhã é de outro mundo. Eu pedi um pouquinho do que tinha no cardápio e me mandaram tudo o que tinham e tudo estava maravilhoso. O hotel em si não tem nada além do restaurante e dos quartos. Mas, para a localização impecável que tem, realmente não precisa e o preço cobrado justifica o que oferece.

Her anlamda harika bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar, temizlik, konum yemekler herşey mükemmeldi. İlk gün odaya girdiğimizde ikram edilen incecik çıtır canolli ler, yatmaya odaya geldiğimizde yastıklara bırakılan lavanta keseleri, 2 restoranda yaptığımız mükemmel kahvaltılar için tekrar teşekkür ediyoruz. Kesinlikle herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The room interior was excellently designed. It was very clean and modern. The breakfast was also very nice. With a good selection to order from. The Turkish Breakfast offered is an enormous amount of food! Our servers were very polite and attentive. All of the staff were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it. All the staff were very kind and eager to help-Hakan made breakfast more cheery! The rooms are small (and we booked a larger one) but it doesn’t matter when you’re out and about so much. Our room was on the road side but noise didn’t bother us too much. The food was all delicious and we enjoyed some very good cocktails. Location is great -within easy walking distance of all the main sites and near the ferry.
