"I want to begin this review by saying i was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. I would be so bold as to say this hotel is the BEST in all of Gurugram, and i say that with confidence because i have stayed at many of the 4 and 5 star hotels here. Special thanks must be given to Sylvester because his professionalism and indepth explanation is what ultimately led to me book my stay at the Taj. I usually do indepth research and when i came across the interview he did, i had a great feeling about my stay. He is just as pleasant and professional as he was on the video. The gym and pool facilities were also great, and the breakfast was delicious, with all the necessary food items. A standout feature was the ample storage space in the room, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience."
