"Our recent stay was enjoyable, offering abundant wildlife and excellent lake views. However, we noted that towel replacement service is not provided, necessitating guests to air-dry towels within their cabins. We recommend bringing additional towels for convenience. This information would have been beneficial to know prior to our arrival, as we found ourselves reusing damp towels. While designated as a "premium cabin," the accommodation is rather compact. Although it met our needs, clearer communication regarding its size would be appreciated. Furthermore, the dining chairs were found to be unstable and uncomfortable, posing a significant inconvenience."

They still have not responded I didn't get a refund for the last night I wasn't at there hotel. My son's birthday was this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves I will be returning there soon.
