Staff seemed very nice. The room could’ve used a good sweep. It was a lot of loose hair everywhere. I also seen a bug but didn’t have enough time to take a picture to prove it because it ran off, but other than that, the room was very beautiful. I’m a luxury event decorator a.k.a. I decorate hotel rooms for birthdays, anniversaries,date nights and etc so it was a very beautiful room for pictures.

10/10 experience. I have stayed with them 3 years in a row now, and each time was exceptional. From a smooth, efficient check-in to consistently attentive service, the experience felt well managed and professional throughout. The room was immaculate, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and high-quality amenities that made it easy to relax. Sam is always a pleasure to deal with.
