「Was a really lovely pub, very welcoming, great service and the evening meal was to a very high standard. The manager moved us to a seafront view which was a nice touch, bed comfy, and well stocked tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was 5 star, highly recommended.」

As the inside temperature never dropped below 24 degrees (19th to 24th June), we tried to leave bedroom windows open at night, but only did so for an hour on the first night, as there is so much traffic for most of the night, roaring up and down, so not had a lot of sleep. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did!
