"The hotel is incredible. The staff is the friendliest that I have ever encountered. They genuinely cared about us and consistently asked if there was anything more they could do. "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Within just a few hours of checking in, I had to request a room change four times due to serious cleanliness concerns. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the toilet, and the washroom had a very strong, unpleasant odor. The second room was not any better, there was visible hair in the bedsheets, which immediately raised hygiene concerns. Across the rooms I was shown, the washrooms consistently smelled bad, and even spraying did not help. At that point, I was informed that there were no other rooms available. This situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and I did not feel safe staying there due to concerns about potential exposure to infections or unsanitary conditions. As a result, I had to check out within a few hours and book another hotel elsewhere for my own safety and peace of mind."

"The Tory would clog everytime I used it I called ask for matinee was told there off on a Monday everything was bad the poll was not in service only book for that and the kids I called and asked about breakfast and was told that it’s over with couple mins left"
