"Terrible customer service. The hotel ignored my urgent request for help with a booking error and told me to deal with the booking app. Even when the app contacted them, they refused to help. Completely unaccommodating and disappointing experience."

Chris, the Concierge, was incredibly helpful. Super close to start of hop on hop off bus. Chris can book tickets for you. Would highly recommend this tour to get an overall view of area. We loved Philadelphia!"

"Hotel is in a fantastic location just blocks from city hall and Rittenhouse Square. Super clean onsite valet parking with in and out privileges and a coffee bar and Ruth’s Chris located in the lobby of the hotel. It’s definitely going to be my go to for Philly from now on. "
