"The property is beautiful and walking distance from restaurants and shops. Loved the sitting area outside, very relaxing. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. I am writing this review belatedly and it’s been long overdue but I feel that this hotel should be recognized as It is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in this city now that I’ve stayed at a few different hotels in Montreal in the past year. The staff are amazing at this hotel from the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast attendants. Pros: Large spacious comfortable rooms Clean Great breakfast (lots of great choices - hot and cold) where people are not on top of each other to get their food. Amazing location - close to all the shops in St Catherine Cons: Valet parking - plan for a little extra time to get your car, otherwise valets were great! Overall this stay was exceptional. I had an issue with my first room as I had specific requirements that I was hoping for and the concierge and manager (the beautiful dark haired Isabelle? With her lovely smile and her manager, the handsome tall svelte gentleman whose name I did not catch) were so helpful and found the perfect room for us when I explained the situation. Thank you again to the front desk staff who made our stay so wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return again when the opportunity presents itself."

"Our room was clean and decor contemporary. Comfortable king-size bed and pillows. Reasonable price for a downtown hotel room right next to the Rue St. Catherine shopping district. Not included with hotel, but happy to find indoor overnight indoor parking only a two-minute walk from the BW Europa hotel."

"The location is great. Staff were fantastic. We didn't use the Cafe or Bar, but they looked really nice. Overall, the experience was great. My only complaint would be the "air conditioning" in the room. It took 2 full days for it actually make a difference... for us. We prefer a colder room in the evenings to sleep. For that reason alone, we won't stay here again."
