Location is convenient. The room is not fully equipped with comfort, the bed is close to the floor, not enough table space to put things. Not enough light in the room and in the hallway. Just have bath towels only. Disappointed. After 5 pm, only self check in, software not easy to use.

Stayed on the 32 floor - fantastic view to the harbour . Huge comfortable bed . Enormous shower . Clean every day . Fast lifts . Great location to explore Hong Kong as short walk to bus , tram and metro . Staff really helpful and friendly.

I did not arrive until after midnight. It was disappointing that the shuttle stops running at 11:40 but that seems to be the case and all of the hotels that have a free airport shuttle. There was a long wait for the taxi and it cost HK$100 which was less than $15 USD. The taxis do not take credit ...
