Upon arrival, the house was unlocked. The furnace had been switched over to AC and a house temperature inside was 50. We turned the furnace thermostat up and proceeded to unpack. After over two hours, the temperature had not recovered. We contacted the host. I told her we were going to get a hotel as we had a baby and could not spend the . She was able to provide us with another house in Sarnia. So we proceeded to move everything out and move into a new house, by this time it was after 9 o’clock. The second house while acceptable had a much less convenient floor plan, layout, and lacked several amenities of the Hanna House. I had contacted the host to let her know of our concerns and have not heard back. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience.
